Counselling for individuals searching for connection in times of isolation
During the coronavirus pandemic, it is very important to me that anyone who needs my support can still access counselling.
I am currently offering face to face appointments, online appointments (via Zoom) and telephone counselling.
Please know that I am here for you - we can make this work, wherever you are in the world.
I also offer Walk & Talk therapy, whilst still maintaining social distancing. Being outside in nature has immense psychological benefits and the natural environment can create a calming backdrop to any issues you might have, making it easier to express your feelings.
